On February 15, 2022, the Singapore-based online literature platform, Dreame, announced the launch of the writing contest called "Love Story."
The total prize pool for the contest is $219,000, with the first prize being $60,000, making it the largest prize pool for a serial web fiction contest ever.
According to the team, applicants must be signed after January 1st, 2022, and have an updated word count of at least 200,000 words by November 15th, 2022. All winners will be announced within two months after the end of the contest.
"This is a contest for love stories without limitations. Any stories such as werewolves, billionaires, royal romance, etc. are all eligible for the contest," says their spokesperson.
"As part of the contest, Dreame will be offering special writing guidance to participants so that they can continually improve their work. This contest is designed to inspire authors to create impressive original stories."
